How long will 50 cf of air last at 30 feet normal breathing when scuba diving?

    Depends on…

    …the diver’s experience (more experience = uses less air)
    …the diver’s fitness level (fit uses less air)
    …the diver’s size (smaller people use less air)
    …the water temperature (use more air in colder water)
    …the water current (swimming against the current uses more air)
    …the diver’s activity level (remaining still watching a creature uses less air than swimming around)

    I can easily make 50cf at 30 feet of air last about an hour in warm water, no current, and general swimming around.
