watch out for the little guys… the yellow tails are the feistiest. They will take a chunk out of your hand to get the chum. the rays are gentle.
    fun

I went there some years back and fed some Stingrays while scuba diving, They really mob you if you’re holding a container of food, Don’t try it if you have any claustrophobia at all people they won’t try to sting you or anything but they will mob you until they get all the food you’re carrying, That oone time I was feeding one he ****** the piece of shrimp I was holding out of my hand along with a few of my fingers right into it’s mouth and then let them go.

I’ve done this too, it’s great. The stringrays wouldn’t come round you if you weren’t feeding them.

looks like fun, as long as they don’t stab you with their stingers.

    I love Stingray City!

I’ve been there twice. I like to rub the fish guts they give u on my leg and try to run away from the stingrays chasing me.

Apparently there are good spots down in the Carolinas. Of course there is Florida. The website mentioned at the end of this video has some good write ups about spots down there.

I think its just only the bahamas. I think in cayman (i’ve only lived here for about 3 months so I dont know for sure) that the DOE (Department of Environment) have a strict policy on dolphins.

I used to live in San Antonio and I moved here about three months ago. Once in a while there are specials you can look for. Its gets really expensive during special holidays like christmas. Just search around and see if you can find those specials. Most likely around 500 -1000.

Feeding the “killer Devil Fish” at Sting Ray City? I would live right there in the water if I could, it’s like being in a pool with a bunch of puppy’s that swim good. The best encounter with animals I’ve ever had.

These Stingrays are very Friendly and just look where you step because some hid under sand
These Stingrays are tame because this goes a while back when fisherman use to dump extra bait and eventually the stringrays got use to seeing people and became very tame. This was what i was told when I went there a few years ago, and also stringrays **** in their food, too.
